thanks for posting Refill.. wonder if he's referring to that paragraph from the 10q:

Hi Refill, i was wondering if you could work the magic one more time as far as e-mailing Chris about an update on the permit and whats going on with things. I know you don't want to be a pain in the arse to him and lose the golden touch with getting answers, but im getting a little anxious about things and hoping you will do this board a solid one more time. thanks, paydirt
