I don't..so could you please, in your opinion, tell me what it means. Are we talking of the facility needing 70MW of power from the local utility??

Great post. Btw if you take the total megawatts the facility can receive and divide it by the average watt usage of a mining unit you'll get the total amount of units that can be integrated. I did a basic estimation a while back and I believe I calculated 10-15 pH/s worth of hashing power that the facility could support.
