WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Redback Networks Inc. (RBAK) on Monday registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell from time to time about 11 million common shares.
The San Jose maker of networking equipment said certain selling stockholders may offer and sell an undisclosed number of shares and the company won't receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
The company didn't disclose its intended use of proceeds in Monday's filing.
No underwriters were listed in the filing.
Shares of the company closed Monday at $21.13 each, down $1.06.
