they should have had an update in late December if they were delaying their server order. it is an SEC violation for a company to knowingly provide false information to their shareholders, and that is exactly what MELY has done.

Your missing the point, it's one thing to miss the date, it's very different to mislead (lie) and report something to be complete when it hasn't even been started.

The only funding MELY has received is from dilution.
