Is it supposed to be good news that they might be ordering servers at the end of January when they were supposed to be shipped in mid-December?

the fact that we're hearing this through a fellow poster emailing a reporter rather than from the company itself is quite disconcerning. If MELY didn't order the servers when they put out a press release stating they were being shipped makes that press release a complete lie. The fact that MELY did not inform investors of that significant delay/development is almost worthy of an SEC complaint imo. They misled investors with false information in an attempt to inflate stock price. That is a clear SEC violation.
