To be honest I took the newspaper reports as gospel and assumed it was done with. Unfortunately my 'mole' who has a contact at Lam Dong People's Committee is off on maternity leave and not due back till late March. I know she's having a hard time with the new baby but when things ease off I'll ask her to make contact again..........

Truth, I'm back in an attempt to quench your thirst to shed more light on the situation here in good ol' Nam.

It does actually sound like the govt possibly do not want this to slip through their fingers as their is a rumour that some kind of rule/laws may be changed to accommodate.

Sorry so vague but that is as vague as what I have been told. If you are after specifics then how's about a meeting between KBLB & the officials in Lam Dong..............today ;)
