We have just been approved by Florida for sale in that state
Isn't it the same as if the FDA allowed the sale of pills that did absolutely nothing for you? As long as it's not harmful, what would they care?
In that case, the FDA's "approval" for sale would be meaningless to investors of the product.
But my real point is, hasn't there been enough time for there to be sales contracts ready to be signed in anticipation of this approval and if not, why not?
