I disagree on all counts.

1. it is not a non-website. It is a website.

2. It's under construction but I don't see any evidence that this construction is "perpetual." I think Charter's site is a sales pitch -- a marketing tool -- a piece of bait.

3. His other "non-website involving Radient" never looked like this - it was just Wordpress for one thing, and then it disappeared. Now THAT is indeed a non-website. This new Saliva Test website is NOTHING like that Radient website.

4. You think Charter's wiki page and his Saliva test page are "a smoke and mirror diversion?" A diversion from WHAT, pray tell? What is Charter trying to hide, in your mind?

I'm a little unclear on the current "Investigative Long Theory" about Charter. Is he really the CEO of Radient or was he appointed illegally? Is he just a caretaker for the secret Reverse Triangular Creeping Creative Merger Group, or is he actually making decisions about Radient? Is he lying on his Wikipedia page and is that Saliva Test website also a lie? Please explain.
