one 8k is a repeat of the position changes with more detail in who got what for their hiring
nothing there unless you want to read tea leaves and assume that because they got x for employment it means why Y for the company, which will equal Z in share price

the second 8k describes another debt restructuring which at first glance is nice, but it has a convert price of 05 which could mean why we are sitting here in this pps channel, and it goes on to describe some other features like due in 1 year, can periodically convert at will,etc...
