Why does Bush advocate direct funding when the knows the same can be achieved using the Tax Code
without breaching Constitutional Separation?

funding does not fund the religious organization,rather uses them to distribute the funds to help the needy.

oh common... they then have control over the funds and decide who gets the money, don't they? I am totally opposed to my tax dollars going to any religious organization for any purpose period.

Guess this is probably another one of those "agree to disagree".
