I did some research.......

It seems as if the CEO of Grand Capital Ventures is an experienced Broker and is well connected with FINRA and the SEC....

I have a feeling this OTC Exchange is the real deal and that the PPS can easily go into penny land once buying pressure comes our way...

This can very easily be the best play n penny land :)
