To address your opinions...
-We have an official company announcement and the posted financials which clearly state the current position of Llamas and that is he has not had one since 2012.
-MJNA has been around for many years and Llamas did not drive it into the ground so we know he's not a terrible leader. In fact, if memory serves, revenues increased during his tenure and that's what investors want to see is it not?. However, this was just to illustrate my point that no one here really knows what kind of a leader he is so it's all conjecture.
-It does not matter if Llamas is guilty or acquitted of real estate charges that have nothing to do with MJNA.
-I'm not long MJNA... I swing trade it and have been doing great.
-There's nothing to sweep under the rug because the Llamas court case is completely irrelevant to MJNA. I'm just commenting on the "MJNA CEO MICHAEL LLAMAS IS GOING TO JAIL!!!" posts that keep popping up here which are misleading and irrelevant.
