Agreed, Charter didn't have the IP before May 2014. Radient wasn't licensing the IP to anyone back when Charter was "inventing" his test and "conducting" his clinical trials prior to 2012.

Charter claims to have conducted clinical trials with 6,600 participants without publishing any scientific data. Something is very suspicious there. I don't see how any scientist could conduct trials with that many participants and claim the trials a success without publishing the results.

Same for GCDx. Why don't they publish their data? They claim their trials (or "validation studies" or whatever they are calling it) were successful. How can they expect the medical community to just take their word for it?
