That's only part of the story. Here let me fill in what you have failed to mention. Under goldbergs leadership as ticker mexp he raised the A/S 3 times in less than 6 months to 4.95 billion shares and gagged the transfer agent dumping his shareholders into the ground. Then when mexp was beat to "no bid" he reverse split it on OCT 2013, 1 share for 1000 previously held. This placed this pig at .10 cents and changed the ticker symbol to INOH. Its already back at triple zero three (painted the close).

Goldberg has reverse split this pig twice now and were staring in the face of MARK GOLDBERGS THIRD REVERSE SPLIT OT THIS PIG IMO
