My only ? Now is why not file bankruptcy with this 8k? Don't know too much about the bankruptcy process...but do know they have to file an 8k for it. Are the trying to sell? I may have enough in my wallet to cover that.lol or are the weighing their options. Or is it just a mayter of fomallty and on its way?
