I do believe several more PR's on the way to explain all that has been tweeted in the past . This happened to come through first so they went ahead and PR'd it. No one knows for sure what is happening behind the scenes but my investment is banking on this is a great year to be invested with INCC although it has been a very shaky few months for sure...
