You could be right. Filing annual report for period ending Sept 30, 2013 wasn't filed till Feb 23, 2014. So we could still be a month away. There must have been a good reason why they stated January 14, 2015 in their "notification of late filing". With that date long gone, it would make sense for them to update the filing date even if it is a month away. They've already had almost 4 months to work on it. Maybe a good filing will get the stock price back up to .0001 . lol. I don't think the company would want to have their current status affected.
