here's my alternate scenario . . .

dancin' dougie didn't want to resign until the CA case was settled, so he waited it out, hiding from the process servers and collection agents from the tustin incurred debts . . . ALL USA citizens resigned, and an ALL AU board took over . . . this pretty much shut down the ability of anyone to collect on the tustin debts . . . no officers to serve in-country . . .

the right to return has no time limit . . . in 10 years max charter is CEO of a free and clear ticker . . . for free . . .

ALL MY OPINION

GS, if he had the spit test before, i think he had the IP too . . . i don't buy the tustin equipment/IP scenario . . .

the lender debt will expire
the tustin debts will expire
a good chunk of shares will be surrendered

what's not to like? . . . worse case scenario is he resigns . . .

Thanks for your thoughts gold seeker. I hope charter is able to revive this thing.. I doubt he didn't know about radients terrible state and huge debt maybe he got the shell and is waiting out the angry past burnt lenders/shareholders..... I doubt he's just at home sitting on his ass doing nothing just trading like the rest of us lol. I'm sure he's busy looking for assets.
