Do you know why the details of the acquisitions are not made public? Because if they where then everyone would know that they are paying way less than 1 x sales or 10 times earnings, and then trying to sell the stock way higher than that. Companies like this are a dime a dozen, and close all the time. Even ones much bigger than SWK tech.
