HTC settled for an insignificant $ amount and essentially U lost. Actually I should say PTSC shareholders lost because the lawyers, TPL, its creditors, Alliacense (the TPL double dip!) and PTSC management will all make out ok. The fact is the tiny settlement amounts after everybody takes their cut leaves very little for PTSC shareholders because there are 400 million shares outstanding. Just telling U as it is. Sell this junk now it is not going anywhere friend.
