Hello, I never said it was definitive off. It just seems apparently that it's a thing of the past with little to no mention anymore. Perhaps you didn't read back when I asked what's up with it. I am under the impression that it's off due to no activity or mention by the leadership. I also stated if that came to fruition, it would be a huge confidence builder. Sorry you felt mislead. I didn't make any assumption or claim. I simply asked what's up with it and it led us here. Glty
