Love your post....and truthfully I agree although this brings a good question up I think. Which is at what price will the opening price be.....? You think .025 max and I do too but what if the company wants it higher and they begin to buy at .001? Would the reverse be based on the .0001 or .001? I don't think anyone retail would buy at .001 and certainly not 3 shares.
