Worlds Markman carries more importance Post-TEVA v. Sandoz ruling

The Supreme Court checked the power of the Federal Court of Appeals and returned the same to the district court. Worlds IP value has suffered from this inequity of justice that has covered much of the PAE industry.

Judge Caspar's decision carries finality, checked against only obvious error. The value of anticipating a positive Markman decision and that decision carrying this new intrinsic value should give Worlds stock freedom to appreciate.

Agreed gibson256. The restoration of the "clearly erroneous" standard adds a substantial degree of certainty to Dist. Court decisions. That alone should move the needle to the upside for well constructed IP suits.
