Past purchases have nothing to do with it, other than to determine if new purchases will make your portfolio under-diversified. Otherwise, each new purchase should be looked at in isolation based on its own merits. This should be a good time to buy, if management lives up to the expectations it created: for radical change. If there isn't a buyout, I expect to see a merger or major buy-in, with the first use of new money to buy back any of the convertible debt still outstanding. Does anyone know if the company can call back the remaining debt at par (plus interest)?
