The article providing that date (Feb 4 ruling and args in by Jan 21, 2015)) was posted on the GRNH board a little over a month ago because I remember posting it on the ERBB board. I can't find it though. What articles I have been able to search for all say the final arguments would be in Feb with a ruling later this year. I read last fall that final arguments would be in early Nov 2014 and the ruling later that month. Sure is lots of confusing info out there.
