last time a PR went out we were at .0003-.0004 brother! No PR's past few weeks so you saying they diluting at .0001 with no PR. Ok, that makes a lot of sense, NOT! + past few weeks its been shares moving from nowhere to nowhere that's not called diluting brother, quite frankly dunno what you call it but whenever that happens its means its getting ready to run brother.
