The way it looks presently the plan right now is to work within the confines of what his financing provides him and so far that's without any dilution or FLUFF pr's. For that he should be applauded.
As for a rollout coast to coast penetration.... well there is always options and opportunities and I'm certain he does have planning options but until the finances make themselves available he will again do what he can to the very best of his abilities to work carefully and methodically within his cash reserves for current planned growth execution.
