I'm trying to find out who this promoter is they are talking about. One guy said to me, if I can get his name, I will be fishing the bottom of the rabbit hole. I guess some con games go like this. A young punk promoter tells people he is working every hot deal in town. A crooked broker then verifies it to the dealmakers (even though it isn't true). In exchange, the crooked broker gets passed a sack of cash as the dumping proceeds.
I have enough contacts out there that I should be able to learn more. Some people are only hinting right now. Let me work on them. I will figure it all out and then we can prepare an SEC brief.
