If ST won't let you buy? Then we may have a MYEC scenario which as you know ran to 08 so we can hope.

Which as i've said, sort of sucks as i can't play around on volume. But i had already decided i'm not selling here, so now it's even easier for me. Just sit and see what happens. Worst case scenario a write off end of yr. Best case scenario, add another property ( or 3) to the family holdings LOL
