You are presuming that the figures on the balance sheet are real and accurate. You may want to do some DD here, and take a look at how investors have fared in companies run by Bill Wright et. al. in the past. I posted a lot of that DD here back in late 2013, when the PPS for CGRA was up around .06, down from .17.
In my experience, published balance sheets from companies like this do not mean anything, unless there are any real and verifiable assets and businesses. All IMHO, of course.
