One needs only to read the quarterly filings to get a clear picture of the horrible position this company is in financially. Mountains of debt and convertible debentures are destroying Electronic Cigarettes International Group Ltd. The best thing to do is avoid this garbage like the plague. I am confident this will never see .10 cents again before a reverse split.

Now I'm not a lawyer, but these posts you make are extremely close to defamation of character. You very well could be sued for libel if your rants about Willis can be proven to have been the act of making untrue statements about another which damages his/her reputation.
