I would love to know if the retail broker representatives who are tied into the naked short selling are able to get around industry restrictions with regard to social media?
I guess we could just ask Kevin Hamilton from ETrade. He has been email ETrade clients, directing them to iHub message boards, such as GNCP, to influence investment and trading decisions. A big no-no if one was to read the terms of service between ETrade and its clients.
