You might be correct that they are not a distillery, but that probably does not matter. I would assume the base is just corn alcohol. Absolute Vodka is made in Oregon, but the corn is actually distilled in Central Illinois then shipped by train out west. Corn alcohol can be purchased from a lot of places. Temperance probably has a production contract with someone already.
