Your conclusion has been debated on this board for YEARS! You may be 100% accurate.
However, this board also debates the POTENTIAL for other scenarios that would NOT result in COD income against NOLs.
We're not "pumpers" trying to get others to buy a crappy stock...we are simply trying to deCODE this massive BK, in order to see where we MIGHT end up.
Your point is well taken, but we already know that it is a possibility for NOLs to be wiped out.
Please use your valuable time and brain power to see if there is another possibility of NOT being wiped out. Then sir, you will be considered a genius to this board.
