Because we are long the stock. If I was short Niocorp, it would be up 2 dollars a share.

Stock value in US terms is 58.34. Not what I was expecting.

Not sure, but TD Securities looks like it sold about 60K shares to drive the price down and now they bought back 10K at a lower price than they sold for.
