Yep except no one wanted it back then for a high price when they could wait and buy it in bankruptcy.

If the creditors or share holders don't own 50% of the new reorganized company, the NOL's should be lost.

We want a 3x revenue bid because it makes sense. They can make 50M right off the bat which is 20 p/e. Its a huge discount to what it would cost to enter the market as well and we get paid.
