Phoenix, I know. That are questions to be researched. But in open surgery the dripping can be done with multiple catheters, possibly leaving a small tube to remove them and I guess no 25 hours.

I was not pretending to have any exact answers here, just saying that some new roads should be explored and that maybe LESSER is BETTER and in ALL CASES MORE TARGETED is BETTER.

I am sure that collateral damage on healthy cells is one of the MAIN problems of side effects (eg inflammations) in combination with the problem that Bavi solves the suppression of the immune system by suppressing the excretion of signalling substance by MDSCs and Macrophages.

So I thought:

1) Reduce the damage and TARGET better
2) Block PS with Bavi
3) Give the immune system a chance the learn the cancer for future use
4) Spread Bavi before, during and after
