Wonder how this will go over in the Justice system....
Hey MMRF put it out there...Guess they get away with it...
Any lawsuits in this arena? Can CEO explain a bit more how a MMRF legal records patent will in any way have to do with PACER? How does MMRF patent opens any opportunity for PACER for sales, licensing and partnership? AM I reading it wrong? Is Pacer a company?
As I see it, its just another Alice decision...no different imo than the claims in the current lawsuits MMRF lost..
Who needs a license for that? Come on MAN!!!!
