Vitacig did apply for the LiqCig trademark but it has not been granted yet. There is currently a suspension on the LiqCig application as the USPTO sees a conflict with an earlier trademark registration application for "Liquicig". This is from the Liquicig application "Status: Notice of Allowance (NOA) sent (issued) to the applicant. Applicant must file a Statement of Use or Extension Request within six months of the NOA issuance date. Status Date: Sep. 02, 2014. (APPLICANT) Zilba, Jeffrey C. INDIVIDUAL UNITED STATES Suite 1645 1 Seagate Toledo OHIO 43604 .
The applicant for Liquicig has until March 2nd 2015 to file a statement of use or extension request. If they do neither Vitacig will be granted the trademark subject to publication which would add another 3 to 6 months for it to be official.Stay tuned!!
