SVFC, gem picker, effectuate a capital raise...so what are you saying? They authorized so many shares ( not all of them must be issued of course) to raise a capital? How if not by selling some or a lot of them?
As far as I know, huge number if shares are authorized for preventing hostile take overs...that's more like it since what SVFC is doing on stem cells is very valuable, or may be in a near future recognized as such.
On the other hand, previously they had authorized 10 billion shares and they used only 7.5 billion of them....so I don't believe that 250 billion authorized shares are to be issued. Time will tell.
