I bet they don't sell them all. I bet they can find more seeds when the tine comes as well. Revenue now is what they need to grow...

Because of the law there they have to buy sertain strand and cant use there seed for crop but buy from the gov every season... Bottom line its gov control

There is a stipulation in the license that says they have to buy all of their seed from a certified source and are not allowed to plant the seeds they produce ....
