Of course there will be. I suggest you do a member search (upper left corner of this scree) of Empirica and read his posts. He is the New CEO of STOA.

I have been in contact with him several times. He has told me he is working on several possible things and when they come to fruition, there will be an 8K issued. That might be in a week or it may be in a month. But with an O/S of about 45 million and an SP of .0016, I can afford to wait. Can You?

Also most of the converted shares got bought by few of us and may by families/relatives of insiders.
