Maybe it is going to happen and sometimes things take longer then expected. My take on your question about any SEC update there isn't any updates because no wrong doing. If there was any wrong doing the SEC would have suspended ANAS. People may not agree with ANAS or think ANAS is taking to long but sometimes things look one way but really are something completely different. Everyone who is not making money begins this SEC stuff, Scam stuff, and CEO's being in jail stuff. Easy solution is if one doesn't support ANAS don't buy, if not making enough profit sell, if holding the bag sell and take a tax loss IMO. GLTY!
