OK clarifying....
In my opinion,
Over a year ago, the CEO indicated a capital infusion was coming to advance the company, already acknowledging the IND process being necessary. So when we got the YA agreement for only 2 million, clearly that was not the capital required to move the company forward. Yet what was required was written into Andrews agreement accelerators. 15 million... YA is and always has been a bridge.
However the IR legal shenanagins were more damaging than displayed. The maneuvering clearly, legally and logically prevented or delayed progress on finances. The CEO even presented these frustrations oddly in PRs by both entities which gave the appearance of a bunch of school girls screaming at each other. Integrity!, lol.
Yet thru it all, they hired Andrews, Hill, others. Hoge came aboard, Dinosaur and Dawson James too. Inventive was engaged. This simply does not happen to penny stocks where quality, successful folks coalesce around a fledgling, legal quagmired organization.
There must be more to it all. The investment bankers looking for 15 million and now preferred and common share structure being expanded proportionally is positioning for this capital infusion. They even state in the filing an immediate, effectuate, capital raise.
So in my humble opinion, the capital infusion, the 15 million+... is, has been and always been there, waiting. Will any testing, clinicals, whatever Andrews is doing scuttle this? Not likely. More than enough evidence it works, even with international "tweaks". Will common, longer term shareholders be treated fairly? Who knows. By all rights there is no way to undo a significant portion of the damage done. Yet there is more than enough possibility for a nice recovery. But I know my profit potential here is severely limited from being down so much. Fair= hell no, but it is the risk we take with these types of equities. The lure of the gamble. At least when I shut the lights out each evening, I have no shame, just hope to recover my losses on this equity and what is the point of taking risks if you have no hope.
