Not a flipper. But without the Flippers. I'd guess you could at least wipe away 25 percent of the voume seen. Volume has been missing for the past several weeks if not months at these levels. Sure it affects the PPS and may keep it from really moving. But the high volume indicates activity which draws longer term investors to take a look and put on their watch list or maybe snag some of the shares being flipped.
