An auditor to be present? LOL Now where have the audited financials been released? A "real" company releases an annual containing audited financials, mailed with the proxy. Else an auditor has little to discuss. Or did Jeffy really mean a CPA?

Yeah they better finalize the location soon. A proxy inviting everyone to a SH "party" without the location would be rather silly.
