As I have stated before that I really hedged my position with B and C warrants. I think 2015 should help bolster the PPS and help me justify exercising them.

What ppl forget is that pps is only about $.40 off of making the B's worth it with a strike price of $1.75 Canadian.

Hell for me to make money on my C's the pps would only have to climb about $.09 CA. to $1.51

If they hit these milestones then people depending on what they got their warrants for will exercise them.

I have to apologize for not being as enthusiastic about the article as the others, I know you put a great deal of effort into it. But, it's just time for me to move on from this investment.

On the other hand, I need to thank you again for recommending some of us take a look at Theralase Technologies. I have a great deal of faith in Roger and the team he has assembled. I am long with Theralase. (If Titan needs a very good IR/PR blueprint they need look no further). Plus, he is an exceptional leader and representative for them. Wish Titan had similar and maybe I'd stick around a few more months!!

Thanks Point!

I'm not reading it the the same way as your observing it Point. If what your saying is accurate then I would have to agree with you .... but the milestones on the web site read "units built and ready for engineering verification" for Q4 of 2015.

Engineering verification is very very different from Engineering completion. I'm being very pedantic but the difference is crutial.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engineering_validation_test

What I am expecting 1Q is :

Description of a Feasibility Prototype

To establish the feasibility of a solution, all of the pieces must fit together properly. The Feasibility, or Technical, Prototype proves out some technical assertion that is key to the feasibility of the preferred alternative. It verifies that critical components of the technical architecture integrate properly and are capable of meeting the business needs.

Scope of Feasibility Prototype

The kinds of integration problems examined with a Feasibility Prototype are too complex to be addressed with paper analyses and simple reviews of manufacturers' specifications. Physical access to the equipment is required. Proof of concept tests are constructed to validate a conceptual solution.

I don't see a "Design Freeze" at this point. I'm "re-asking" cause your definately at an advantage since you've had the opportunity to be with and speak to these guys and I'm definately reading it differently. And dare I say ... the market is reading it differently also.

When you get a chance .. please comment Point ... your POV is appreciated.

The Q1 milestone regarding a complete prototype is in no way a design freeze. They will be tweaking that prototype for months on end. If it actually was a design freeze, then why would it take 2+ years to get it to market after the design freeze?

TRXC reached a design freeze in summer of 2014, and has it ready to submit to FDA in less than a year (would have been less than half a year if the COO didn't cause their 6 month delay)

My point is, the completion of a prototype is in no way a design freeze, and if I'm mistaken and it actually is, then it's kinda sad that it will take TITXF 2 years to commercialize sport after said design freeze.

Also, it's obvious TITXF needs millions of more $, and I hate to say it, but those that think they will obtain all of the necessary money through warrants is living a pie in the sky dream. They will need to do another financing, warrants won't raise nearly enough.

The thought that bertner is going to increase price through institutions initiating positions is a long shot. Institutions don't buy OTC stocks that won't have a product out for 2+ years. Good luck with that! Hate to say it, but the actual interest in TITXF is dead, just look at the volume
