If it was closer to 5% there would be absolutely NO REASON to file that form. Please draw your attention to the word "AMENDED." Aside from the legality surrounding public notices of this nature if in fact you were correct it would seem redundant for Mr. Fife to file such document not withstanding unlawful for he is attesting to 9.99% and not your asserted 5%?
Now there is without a doubt an issue surrounding reserves and maintenance of adequate shares based upon agreement (s) for funding. As such this is nothing short of a preemptive strike with more to follow.
There might very well come a quick surge in this stocks price but to say a "run" would absolutely be crazy...the only running this stock will ever see again is Don, Bob and Voaden running over to Canada to hide out...Hell, give old Murdoch Capital and Partners a call and see if they will consider doing business with Don Nicholson again...the short answer is an unequivocal "NO" ... Care to guess why that is? Even they are making it clear that in no way have they been party to any deception involving Mr. Nicholson and his advertising practices. That is to say..spending money to give the appearance of building a company.
The only true statement is "Nicholson Never Intended to get to production." and that came directly from a member of the BOD...now there's only so many of them so it shouldn't be hard to figure out the individual behind that recent statement. Anyone care to take a side bet as to how long Don will stay silent? How about Citizen Bob?
