It was an incredible ride in NDOL. I have no complaints put down my biggest single win ever

Here is a brief summary of IVFH as we stand. some of it is speculation but its deemed credible enough to discuss


1.OTC listing is imminent and upon us. Members in the company felt it would be last week. Why nothing yet I dont know but trust it will be here soon

2. We are buying Pasta Italiana .

We have already loaned them 350k dollars over the last year and a mere 10m restricted shares will land this company. The aqusition isnt complete as of yet but the company says its a matter of when not if
They not only have some decent revenues but they bring manufacturing capapbility to IVFH. It lends credibility to the "rumors" that we have a Disney pasta characer deal with Disney and Sopranos Microwave pizza deal with the HBO Sopranos. Take a look at the kids raveole. Notice the shapes. Again I was wondering how could IVFH make pasta into Disney shapes. Now we know how.
Keep in mind my wife personally heard on the radio on the entertainment news in the Philadelphia area that Sopranos is planning the launch of a pizza pie which will be endorsed by 5 stars from the show

3. orgainc growth will be present in the next Q likley profitable as well. If this companies revenues keeps increasing US Food Service will begin to take IVFh very seriously ( not that they havent already). If US foods owned by retail giant Ahold sees exponenncial growth with IVFH a buyout or other large investment into IVFH could easily come


4.Chef Joe Dimaggio line of sauces should be ready for distribution. His name alone saves millions of dollars in establishing a brand name

5. The negatives to the longer term for this stock is the warrants that exist. Sam Klephish has come on board as a interim president. His specialty is to finance small cap companies. I believe he will dramatically change the past financing arrangements. He has the know how and the connections to do so. Any positive pr in this regard would be hughe for this stock. keep in mind with the os and float not increasing the company is obviously making their monthly note payments in cash avoiding dilution. they have the option to eithe rmake monthly paymnents in cash or with shares. we have seen no shares hit the market from these note holders

6. On the subject of president. I am "guessing" our new president once Sam is done doing what he was hired for will be the former owner of Pasta. It only makes sense

7. The currentOS is 108m and the float is 36m. I verified this a couple weeks ago will do again this week. I do expect this number to rise but considering all the positives to come it still is and could remain a good share structure
