That is complete nonsense...supported by the fact that there is not a single example of a huge HIDDEN NSS position being propagated on a OTC penny stock ever. Not one.

The last "loophole" called the "deep in the money call" was closed by Rule 204...and it couldn't even be used on OTC stocks because there are no options to trade.

Now penny stocks just need the shortie narrative to avoid the reality of dilution and piss poor management.
